Included mileage: The total distance traveled during the loan period is 400 km. If exceeded, there is a fee of 0.30€ incl. VAT. per additional kilometer
Deposit: When taking over the vehicle, a deposit amount of 500€ is reserved as security on the deposited credit card. The crediting of the deposit can take up to two weeks after the return of the vehicle.
Rental period: Fridays 2-5 p.m. until Mondays 10 a.m. in the period from April to October
Minimum age: 25 years
Cancellation conditions: Both contracting parties are entitled to cancellation. Cancellations will only be effective if made in writing. In case of cancellation ADAC Westfalen charges e.V. following share of the agreed rental price:
- up to 4 weeks before start of rental 0€
- until 1 week before rental start 25€
- up to 24 hours before the start of the rental 50€
- in case of no-show the full rental price will be charged
Refueling: The vehicle is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank to avoid a refueling fee.
Accommodations: You will receive a list of hotels along the route at the time of booking. The hotels can be booked at the ADAC travel agencies in Westphalia.
Payment: The entire tour price is due directly at the time of booking.
